Privacy Policy

Per Apple's App Privacy framework (developer.apple.com), here is what Bill Manager for iPhone discloses:

The app's App Store listing reflects the "Data Not Collected" privacy nutrition label.

All data you enter into Bill Manager is stored locally on your iPhone using iOS's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults), which is encrypted at rest by iOS. None of it leaves your device unless you explicitly export it yourself.

Locally stored on your device:

• Bills and recurring bill instances
• Pay schedules and paycheck amounts
• Income entries
• Invoices
• Categories and stakeholders/owners
• Savings allocations and savings instances
• App settings and preferences

Bill Manager does not request any iOS permissions. It does not access:

• Camera, photos, or files
• Contacts or calendar
• Location services
• Microphone or health data
• Push notifications
• Bluetooth or local network

None. Bill Manager has no third-party SDKs, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising frameworks, and no backend services. The app is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks (Foundation and SwiftUI).

No account is required to use Bill Manager. There is no sign-in, sign-up, or login of any kind. The app works fully without any identifier.

Export. Bill Manager includes a Data Vault feature that lets you export your data as a JSON file via the iOS share sheet. This is user-initiated; you choose where to send it (email, AirDrop, or anywhere else iOS allows).

Deletion. You can clear all app data from within the app's Settings, or by deleting the app from your device. Because nothing is sent to a server, there is nothing for us to delete on our side — there is no "our side."

This marketing website is hosted on Vercel. Standard server access logs may transiently capture IP addresses, user-agent strings, and request paths for the operational purposes of running the site (such as preventing abuse and diagnosing outages). These logs are handled by the hosting provider per its own policies.

The website does not set cookies, does not run analytics scripts, does not embed third-party trackers, and does not require an account to view any page.

Bill Manager is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect any data, and certainly none from children.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will change with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes when shipped via an app update.
